Planning a wedding can be very time-consuming and even stressful! The Full-Service package offers stress-free wedding planning for the couple who still wants to make the decisions on their big day but need some help with the leg-work. It is difficult to list all of the work that goes into this package, but essentially, it's just about everything!

 

      Preparation for your Wedding Day

• Budget review & creation

• Full design, style, and theme consultation and development, including, but not limited to:

• - Color palette selection
  - Attire
  - Floral design & selection
  - Decor
  - Details (linens, napkins, favors, etc) - Invitations
  - Cake

• Wedding & reception sites touring (limit 4)
   5 vendor pre-meetings of your choice (Florist,Caterer,CakeDesigner,Photographer,DJ) o Arrange & attend all finalized vendor meetings, including but not limited to,menu tasting, photographer, and floral consultations

• Preparation for your Wedding Day

• Initial complimentary consultation to discuss planning process

• 9 in person meetings prior to rehearsal and ceremony

• Unlimited phone & email communication from date of contract

• Detailed Wedding Timeline from initial consultation to wedding day

• Detailed Personalized Timeline for your wedding day

• Unlimited vendor recommendations (and discounts)

• Coordination & logistics of all vendors, including finalizing monies owed 

 

        Rehearsal

           1-2 hours

• Organize and conduct wedding rehearsal

• Distribute Wedding Day Timeline to guests of the rehearsal

• Pick up any décor items that cannot be delivered day-of

• Collect any monies owed to vendors for Wedding Day distribution

 

     Wedding Day 

          Unlimited Hours

• Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day

• Manage the Day-of activities, adhering to the timeline previously approved by the couple

• Manage wedding vendors per your instructions – Jessica Lynn will be available in person or by

• telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions

• Manage vendor setup at ceremony & receptions sites

• Set-up décor for ceremony & receptions sites

• - Place table numbers, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions

• Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members, & special guests

• Provide Bridal Emergency Kit

• Facilitate the wedding ceremony, including but not limited to:
  - Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
  - Oversee ushers & guest book attendants                           - Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect                                                                    - Properly line up processional & cue musicians

• Ensure photographer and videographer are ready and present at pivotal moments

• Bustle bride’s gown if needed

• Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception

• Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances

• Pack any personal or rented items & give them to the appropriate parties (per instructions)

• Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
