Cheryl and Jessica - of Jessica Lynn Weddings - helped make our special weekend come to life. My new Husband and I wanted to welcome our guests to San Clemente with a bonfire meet and greet near the SC pier the Friday prior, followed by a Pizza Port pizza party, then the big day would be at The Casino SC on Sat. I think it's fair to say that having a 200 person destination wedding, which included 30 children under the age of 13, was quite a feat. Cheryl was with us 100% from day one! She was accessible, honest and firm but fair when we needed to be realistic about the details. She was very patient with us and proactive with our vendors, creating great trust and working relationships with everyone involved. Not only did our event go flawlessly from the Bonfire to the Pizza party, to our entire wedding and even post, but they were instrumental in making this happen throughout. The day of burdens were unnoticeable by myself, my wedding party, and the guests due to their attention to detail and partnerships. I highly recommend this duo if you are looking for a day of coordinating team, or a full on event planner! Cheryl's decorating background also was incredibly helpful when directing vendors where to put what during day of set ups. TRUST me you will not want to go without this assistance on your special day. Do yourselves a favor and say Yes! to Jessica Lynn Weddings. Jessica and Cheryl - thank you both SO much for everything.

I called Jessica and Cheryl only a few weeks before my wedding because my original planner backed out. It was a blessing in disguise. Cheryl was my savior. She jumped in and got me on track. She was incredible and thanks to her my wedding was perfect! She was there every step of the way, helped me make decisions and brought up things I had never thought of. She was like an extra mom, party planner master, and best friend all wrapped up in one amazing person. The best thing any bride could do is hire Jessica Lynn Weddings!

Jessica was so important to my daughter’s wedding day success. Jessica had the schedule and vendors all well organized. She and her mom were so attentive to all the details. They both worked so hard on the day of the wedding to make sure that everything was taken care of so that the bride and her mom could just enjoy the day, and we did! It was a nearly perfect day, and we couldn’t have done it without them.

Jess was SO GOOD at what we hired her for. I honestly don't know if the wedding would have happened without her and her insight. I had met her at my best friend's wedding the year before mine and was highly recommended - that and I was already familiar with how she worked! When I reached out to her to have her help me with my wedding, she even remembered who I was, which made me feel like she cared. She was always available for me to ask her opinion on styling and was able to set me up with someone to do our signage. She was clear and direct and honest about what should go where, how it should look, if it could be done, etc. She narrowed my focus and made me feel way more confident in my special day! I was a bit of a last minute planner (bit being an understatement - I finalized the music a week before the wedding!) and she ALWAYS made sure to keep a level head and to make sure I kept a level head. Her mom, Cheryl, was SO SWEET too. She kept me grounded and light-hearted throughout the whole process and had great ideas of her own. Her services are also a la carte, which allowed me to tailor exactly what I needed help with and add on services as I went throughout the planning process. Also, brides - SHE IS AFFORDABLE. I felt like her prices were such a steal with how much she helped!! Jess could help the brides who have 0% idea what they want and the brides who know exactly what they want and I couldn't recommend her more. Thank you Jess and Cheryl for all you did for us!

Jessica was an integral part of our wedding day. She went to great lengths to ensure the day was perfect for us. Like any wedding, there were a few things that didn't go to plan but Jessica was in total control the situations that arose and made my husband and I feel completely at ease. In the lead up to the wedding she was very timely with communication, open to our ideas and full of great advice. In addition to being the co-ordinator, she also managed the music and did the MC'ing for the night - talk about a lady of many talents! In the early planning stages, we thought we could manage without a co-ordinator, but looking back on that day, hiring Jessica was the best decision we ever made!!!

My husband and I were very picky when it came to picking a wedding coordinator. It is the most important part of your wedding, besides saying I Do of course. We met with quite a few people before Jessica blew us away. After our meeting my fiancé said, I like her, she has a personality where I know things are going to get done, and done right. I couldn't agree more. Jessica made everything as smooth as possible, she contacted ALL of our vendors on our behalf and made sure they were all in sync. She didn't want flowers showing up too early and dying if the venue wasn't ready. It was the little things that as a bride you just don't think about. Her timeline was to a T! And I remember thinking at the end of the night how perfect her timing was with everything. At our rehearsal she made sure everyone knew exactly what was going on and even has a way with our ring bearers. She had little questions and tricks she would ask them so they would know when to walk and where they were walking. One of the most special things I think Jessica did for us was made sure there was to go containers with food and cake in the limo for us on our way out. They say you are so busy you don't eat on your wedding night and its so true! It was so nice to be able to enjoy our wedding cake together in the limo on the way to the hotel. Jessica is such a breath of fresh air and we cannot thank her enough. She was more than just a wedding coordinator but she became a true friend. I would recommend her more than anything in the world! she is a MUST if you want a smooth and stressless wedding!

We hired Cheryl to help with my daughters wedding. She did an exceptional job. She went above and beyond in helping the wedding day be flawless and flowing smoothly. We really could not of done it without her. We highly recommend her for your wedding day coordinator.

I'm not sure how many times I said to Jessica "I don't know how we could have done this without you." I hired Jessica a few weeks before the wedding. We met to discuss what had already been planned and Jessica brought up several things I had not thought of, which was great. Then she immediately reached out to all my vendors, photographer, shuttle service, DJ, etc. to coordinate with and between them. Once she took something over, I never had to worry about it again. Day of the ceremony, she handled literally everything. I could NOT have been more amazed and impressed and grateful for everything she did for us. I was able to relax and focus on hair and makeup and photos. My bridesmaids were able to do the same, and my family was able to have a good time the entire day because they didn't have to lift a finger. No arguing, no drama, no disasters... if anything went wrong, I was blissfully unaware. I'll just say it again, I don't know how I could have done it without her.

I hired Jessica for day of planning and helping with our wedding budget. She was wonderful to work with and always was available to talk to for advice, etc. With her coordinating and communicating with all our vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding, it helped me relax and focus on last minute details. She even planned the day of timeline and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be on our big day. She is super organized and detailed oriented. It really put my mind at ease knowing she was there managing it all the days leading up to our wedding and even on the wedding day. We had the most wonderful wedding day that was full of fun and no-stress because I had her there taking care of everything behind the scenes. I can't thank her enough and I don't know how I would have done it all without her. She's the best hire her!

We hired Jessica as our day-of coordinator for our summer wedding in downtown Long Beach. She was priced so fairly, especially considering what others in the area were going to charge, but she is worth a lot more! My husband (!) and I are both graduate students whose busy schedules made it challenging to plan the wedding down to the details. We loved Jessica's positivity, support, and suggestions in the moments where we had no idea what we were doing (which was most of the time). She helped us create a vision for our wedding day and coordinated all the vendors. While most of the vendors were great and worked together as a team, our venue was generally unresponsive and Jessica dealt with them sternly, but professionally, to help us nail down the final details. She was available to meet in person and over the phone, doing her best to answer all of our questions and quell every anxiety! We bought several decorations and she told us to bring them in boxes and let her figure out what looked best instead of trying to plan where every little thing would go--I will NEVER forget walking into the venue and seeing it transformed into the PERFECT space. The lights, the tables, the centerpieces--I couldn't believe it had come together so well. The decor and the vibe exceeded every expectation. On the day, she rolled with the punches (like when our favors arrived melted). Her demeanor was calm and it helped me to relax during what could have been stressful transitions--from ceremony to photos to dinner (she made sure we ate) to dancing. I distinctly remember looking over during dinner to see her quietly fixing the two flower girls' "itchy" dresses with tulle. It was such a sweet moment, and just one example of how she went above and beyond to make the whole day great. We will be forever grateful that we found Jessica! She deserves all the praise for making our day perfect. It was so wonderful to be able to put so many details in her hands and trust that they'd turn out well. Even if your venue/event doesn't require a day-of coordinator, I'd really recommend it--and I hope you can book Jessica!! :)

I can not say enough great things about Jessica. If you are planning to get a wedding coordinator get Jessica, my only regret was not having her plan the whole thing and not getting her sooner. My fiancé (now husband) initially refused to even consider getting a coordinator. He reluctantly went with me to interview Jessica and even gave me a pep talk about how we were "just going to talk to her" and not commit to anything. Truthfully I think he was humoring me but had not intention of getting someone because he saw it as paying for someone who wouldn't know us and do things we could do ourselves. (Which trust me you can't ... well you can but you will drive yourself nuts.) So of course we met her and loved her and it was him (not me) who decided to hire her on the spot. We had lots of changes (up until the last minute) and we did a lot of untraditional things so we know we drove her nuts but she always made it happen for us. She recommended our cinematographer who was awesome. She is bright and bubbly but is all business when it comes getting things don't right. We love Jessica and we consider her a friend were so happy we got her and appreciate all the hard work she put into making our day memorable. She took great care of us. It's only sad that Im only planning to have this one wedding or I would definite hire her again and again. Hopefully one day we can be rich enough to throw great big parties and have Jessica coordinate them all. :) Thank you Jessica! We'll be sending you a postcard from our honeymoon.
