A good Wedding Coordinator is so much more than someone who sets the table and tells you when to walk down the aisle (although that is part of it). A Month-of -Coordinator helps finalize all the details the final month before your wedding day.  From coordinating all of your vendors, creating your custom timeline, and running the day of festivities, our job is to ensure every detail is considered and that you have nothing to worry about but saying your vows!


This Day-of package is ideal for the couple who has everything (or just about everything) figured out.  As your Wedding Coordinator, we will ensure all of the details you have tirelessly planned out are executed to your vision and that your day is seamless and everything you imagined it to be.

     Preparation for Your Wedding Day     

  • Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process

  • 1 on-site meeting prior to rehearsal and ceremony
  • Unlimited phone & email communication from date of contract

  • Detailed, Personalized Timeline for your wedding day

  • Access to vendor recommendation list

  • One Month-Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services & arrival times

  • Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any monies due one week prior to the ceremony

  • Further design and consultation services available for an additional charge. 



        1-2 hours

  • Organize and conduct wedding rehearsal

  • Distribute Wedding Day Timeline to guests of the rehearsal

  • Collect any monies owed to vendors for Wedding Day distribution 


    Wedding Day 

       Unlimited Hours

  • Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day

  • Manage the Day-of activities, adhering to the timeline previously approved by the couple

  • Manage wedding vendors per your instructions – Jessica Lynn will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions

  • Manage vendor setup at ceremony & receptions sites

  • Set-up décor for ceremony & receptions sites

  • Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members, & special guests

  • Provide Bridal Emergency Kit – aspirin, Kleenex, mints, sewing kit, deodorant, etc.

  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony, including but not limited to: 
    - Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony                                                                               - Oversee ushers & guest book attendants                              - Properly line up processional & cue musicians

  • Ensure photographer and videographer are ready and present at pivotal moments

  • Bustle bride’s gown if needed

  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception

  • Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances 

  • Pack any personal or rented items & give them to the appropriate parties (per instructions)

  • Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise 

  • Service Limitations:                                                               - Dishes or other kitchen cleanup
    - Busing of guest tables and guest eatery                     - Bathroom Cleanup                                                 - Returning of rentals to the rental company
